  • You can cancel your order fully or partially anytime up to the cut-off time of the slot for which you have placed an order by calling our customer service. In such a case we shall refund any payments already made by you for the order as per the prevailing Refund Policy. On receipt of the cancellation notice we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount if the order has not been processed by us. Cancellation of Order can't be done/accepted once the products under your order is released for dispatch/ shipped out from our delivery location.

  • It is clarified that there will be free cancellation of orders only for 24 hours of placing an order, as specifically provided on the product page. A Cancellation Fee will be levied on a customer on account of cancellation of orders by customer on the Platform (“Cancellation Fee”). Such Cancellation Fee shall be charged based on the time during which the customer opts to cancel the order upon placing/confirming the said order on the Platform.

  • Tantghar. in provides‘no question asked refund and replacement policy’ within 24hrs after delivery. Tantghar is liable to alter the products in case of wrong delivery or defective products. After the delivery, the amount shall be refunded to you through the same mode of payment or via credit to your store credit account which can be used for subsequent purchases. Customer must check out the products when it will be delivered & he can return the wrong products during the time of delivery. Tantghar will not take any liability of sealed branded product(food and non-food items) after delivery. So we advised you to check all the products at the time of delivery. After delivery we will not entertain any issue related to these products. In case few products are return back by the customer during the time of deliver, the price of returned product will be deducted from the invoice in delivery time. In case of online payment price of returned product will be transferred in customer’s account within 3-4 business days varies upon bank to bank. In case of replacement or refund customer have to return back the previous product to get the new product as replacement or money as refund. In case you have cancelled your order,your payment will be refunded back to your bank.It will take 5- 6 business days varies bank to bank.
